The Karlsruhe Service Research Institute invites you to the 3rd Karlsruhe Service Summit

After two successful Karlsruhe Service Summits we have the pleasure to invite you to join the talks about the latest topics in Service Research. We will bring together experts from industry and academia to discuss the next steps into a service-led economy.

You have the great opportunity to experience a multilateral and exciting program which focuses on two research topics Process Optimization and Analytics and Cloud Services. These topics are covered by two sessions, each comprising of talks and a panel discussion. The sessions are complemented by keynotes from industry and academia.

The event will take place on January 27th, 2012 from 10:00 to 18:00 at the Renaissance Hotel Karlsruhe. We would be most honoured to welcome you to the Service Summit.
